That\u2019s a safe place, and the before and after pictures help you see your progress.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Be a Good Accountability\u00a0Partner for Someone Else<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We\u2019re treading on cheesy motivational poster turf here, but if you want to <i data-redactor-tag=\"i\">have<\/i>\u00a0a good support system, you need to\u00a0<i data-redactor-tag=\"i\">be<\/i>\u00a0a good support system.<\/p>\n<p>If your fitness buddy falls off the weight-loss wagon, they\u2019re probably not going to do a great job of holding\u00a0<em>you<\/em>\u00a0accountable.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSome people need specific, daily check-ins.
