What if Trials of This Life...

Wow, what a year this has been! I am at a place in my life, though, spiritually, that I realize that all of the trials are blessings and mercies in disguise - even starting this email yesterday morning and my Comcast Internet equipment failing and taking until bedtime last night to get everything back up and running!

A New Day!

February Workout CalendarToday is a new day, though, and I am ready, willing and able to help you achieve the most from your Team Beachbody membership. For my part, I entered The Beachbody Challenge on February 1st and I am doing Les Mills Pump and trying to get to the point where I can run again. I auto-scheduled my workouts and this is what my February workout calendar looks like:

Why am I telling you all this? Partly for accountability and partly to lead to my next question which is, do you know how to do all of these things? Do you know about entering The Beachbody Challenge for free and about entering your success story and about auto-scheduling your workouts to name just a few things?

You Tell Me!

If not, I want you to tell me. I am learning a new program, Jing, and with it, I can do tutorials or create images to share on Facebook of every step of the process of getting the most out of your Team Beachbody memberships. But you need to tell me what you would like to know and the things that you would like to learn more about. For example, below is an image in which you can see the blue hyperlink to, "Add a new auto-schedule". That was easy to create and I can also do a step-by-step video to take you through the procedure if you want me to (or I may just decide to do it on my own!):
