iImpact
In 1998, Steve Jobs was
describing the use of the letter "i" in his signature line of products and to
describe what it means he used words like Internet, individual, inform,
instruct and inspire.
The letter designation
"i" is used in countless ways now from products like iPhones, iPods and iPads
to iMax and even a Nightline episode tonight is entitled
iFactory which will give us a glimpse into an Apple
production facility in China. Just this morning I received an email from
iPersonalTrainer which lists personal trainers nationwide. Saturday night I
listened to a very moving sermon at church entitled, "iThirst" which revolved around some of Jesus' last words on
the cross - "I thirst".
I entitled today's
newsletter, "iImpact" because we all have an opportunity as members of the Team
Beachbody community to make an impact the way that Steve Jobs did.
Team Beachbody Coach Cale Dansbee has created
an Impact map that gives us all the
opportunity to share our success stories to inspire others. So many of us have
been empowered because of our involvement in the Team Beachbody community and
from using Beachbody products that
Cale wanted to have a way
of sharing that with the world. His map will let each and everyone of us share
what Beachbody has done for us whether that is being motivated and inspired by
a coach, doing
The
Beachbody Challenge, losing weight and getting into great shape with P90X
or drinking Shakeology and having
our health and lifestyles changed forever.
The map is in its
infancy and just a handful of people are on it so far. I hope that you will
help Cale build this map and be instrumental in inspiring other people to
change their lives the way that yours has been changed by Team Beachbody. It is
your way of being empowered to change the world.
In order to start making an impact on
the world around you, simply send Cale an email -
cale.dansbee@topstone.com - with
a picture, bio and the town you live in and indicate to him that you are a
member. We have an obligation and a responsibility to help others. Let's
astound the world with the impact that we can make... |
