Getting Started Right - Day Two
Now that you have your
profiles set up or are working on them, we will focus in the next two days on
the essential components of a successful health and fitness program.
It is up for debate
whether working out or nutrition is more important, but I will go with working
out. The reason that I say that is the more that you work out, the more that
your body will just naturally crave healthy, nutrient dense food.
The SuperGym is at the center of everything that we do in
terms of working out and the Tutorial is below. It is where we do the work that
gets us to where we want to go. In Carl Daikeler's message at right, he says
that we are going to get there with hard work and The Gym is where we do
it.
Your assignment today is to familiarize
yourself with every aspect of The Gym from Chat to Workout Groups and
everything in between. I would then highly recommend that you either manually
schedule or auto-schedule your workouts so that you have a plan for at least
the next week, if not the next 90 days. I will schedule a new workout program
on December 1st and may just try Hip Hop Abs! I also would urge you to join the
SuperGym Workout Group that I created just recently so that we can have a
little friendly competition amongst ourselves!
