Getting Started Right - Day Three
You are what you eat.
Does anyone know what today's lesson in the Getting Started Right Guide for
Team Beachbody members will be about? Nutrition - fueling our bodies to achieve
and maintain an ideal weight and for peak performance all day long.
You may not want to
follow my example of never eating junk food or fast food or drinking soda or
sweetened drinks (other than juice - which I dilute with water to cut down on
sugar) and eating mostly organic, but it sure has worked for me. Never a weight
problem, athletic body and mind at almost 61, no over the counter or
prescription medications - and never a time when I feel like I am being
deprived or doing anything other than putting into my body what was intended to
be put in it - good, wholesome, nutritious food.
So today everything revolves around what
you put in your body and all of the resources that Team Beachbody has to help
you do that - from My Meal Planner to recipes, shopping lists, a food analyzer
to even a Dining Out Guide.
