The Bachelor and The Beast

Before I start, a lot has happened since the last newsletter, including a ferocious attack on my family by Satan (he hates families) and a realization over the weekend that I need to not set such lofty goals with noble ideals in my team Facebook group, but instead to focus on the immediacy of our problems. We need to lean down as a nation and we are now, Team Lean. I explained where I got the idea for the name on Facebook and as far as our slogan, well that's thanks to hearing Dewey Oxberger say that he wanted to become a "lean, mean, fighting machine" in the movie Stripes. $500 Beachbody Challenge Daily Contest - Many of you have had questions regarding the new contest and how it works. What 's the BIG difference? No more random, computer-selected winners. With the new contest, our expert panel of Beachbody Challenge judges will select an "inspirational story of the day" to win the $500. The story of the day will NOT be based on stunning before-and-after photos or epic transformations, but rather an inspiring storyas simple as someone Pushing Play for the first time in their life and explaining why they started their journey.

How do I participate? You can submit one story per month! Every submission will be considered for a monthly $1,000 prize in your age/gender group (male or female, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50+). If you use one of Beachbody's nutritional programs and/or supplements, and share how it helped you, you are also eligible for the monthly Ultimate Health Transformation prize.

How are the daily winners selected? Beachbody will be selecting daily winners from the previous month's entries (ie: October's entries will be considered for November's daily winners, so there will be 31 daily winners from October's entries). These winners will get $500 a piece. Each entry makes you eligible for BOTH monthly and daily prizes.

When should I enter my results? Once every month! You can enter at any point between the first and last day of any given calendar month to be eligible for that month's monthly prizeORthe following month's daily prize. (ie: submit between October 1st and October 31st to be eligible for October's monthly prize and November's daily prizes)

How do I enter my results? Go to http://www.beachbodychallenge.com, scroll down, and select "enter my results" once per month. You don't need to "Take the Challenge" every single time. Just skip to the "enter my results" portion and tell us your story!

What if I don't have any results yet? No worries! We encourage EVERYONE to submit their stories, results or not. Even if you just started your first Beachbody program. Remember, we're choosing daily winners based on a purely inspirational element.
